The Rapid is interested in learning your opinion on paratransit services in our community. Your household was one of a limited number in our 6-city service area selected at random to receive this survey; therefore, your participation is very important.

The survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Responses will be kept strictly confidential. The time you invest in completing this survey will help identify public perception and develop a roadmap for the future to meet our community’s needs.
